In Luxembourg, forming a company takes two weeks.
Building your online presence takes six more.
We do both, in parallel. Your RCS arrives at the same time as your website.
Most entrepreneurs start with a notary, then look for a developer, then an accountant, then an SEO expert. We start from the opposite problem: the moment you launch your company, you also launch your business. Both deserve to be built together. We treat them as a single project, with a single point of contact, on a single timeline.

— FAQ
The questions for the launch stage.
Where to start: the company or the website?
Both at the same time. That's exactly the point of our approach: you don't have to choose. We launch the RCS procedure and website production in the same week. Each moves forward in parallel without holding up the other.
Which legal structure suits me?
It depends on your capital, your activity, the number of partners, and your tax exposure. We make this choice together at the first appointment. For most solo or two-person entrepreneurs, the standard SARL or the SARL-S (€1 of capital) cover 90% of cases.
What is the business permit?
The business permit is issued by Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy. It is mandatory in order to carry out a commercial, skilled-trade or professional activity in Luxembourg, and must be obtained before the articles of association are signed. We prepare and file your application, handle communications with the ministry, and track the review through to issuance.
How does domiciliation of my company work?
To exist legally, your company needs a business address in Luxembourg. We offer two options: administrative domiciliation through our partners (fast and cost-effective), or renting a physical office (if you host clients or teams). In both cases, we negotiate the terms and handle the formalities.
How long before being fully operational?
Between 4 and 6 weeks for
a full launch (company + showcase or functional website). Up to
8 weeks for an e-commerce site with payment and inventory.
The VAT number remains the least predictable variable (administrative lead time).
If I already have a company, do you just build the website?
Yes. This pillar covers both services separately or together. If your company
already exists, we focus on your digital presence and connecting it to
your management tool.
Who handles my case from start to finish?
A single point of contact at Advena, who coordinates the notary, the legal side, the website build, and the reporting with you. No endless email chains, no file handoff midway through.
